Parent Company

Indo-Pacific Resources Inc., the parent company, was incorporated in Wyoming on May 2021. The Company is managed by a board of directors currently consisting of two members who are also senior executive officers: Mustaffa Abdul Latiff and Liliana Bonilla Escobar. In the future, the company plans to add additional third party independent directors.

Subsidiaries

The company’s intention is to create or acquire controlling interests in subsidiary corporations for country line of business operations where it has existing or planned activities. The Company currently has three controlled foreign subsidiaries in the Indo-Pacific region of Southeast Asia.

Where we work

Our vision in the Indo-Pacific, sometimes known as the Indo–West Pacific or Indo–Pacific Asia, is a biogeographic region comprising the tropical waters of the Indian Ocean, the western and central Pacific Ocean, and the seas connecting the two in the general area of Indonesia.
