Herbert R. Kraft, Esq.

Herb is an attorney with 37 years of experience in commercial and securities law, including recently as the in-house counsel for a private equity fund which has invested in the company. He was one of the first developers of computer legal self-help software in the 1980s and is experienced in import-export transactions, retail sales with many of the largest retailers in the United States, and consumer product design and marketing.

Herb has been involved in the media industry since he was a teenager and has produced television and radio programs and has been involved in radio ownership and brokerage since the 1990s. Herb received his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984. Herb lives with his wife in the Los Angeles area.
